Former Employee As an Account Manager, the onboarding was really good and the company enabled me to begin the position with the right tools and knowledge.
On the positive side, really good working atmosphere with direct colleagues, flexible WFH policy.
On the negative side, a difficult communication with top management and lack of understanding on new directions for the department.
