The culture, targets, product market fit, salary, commission structure, expectations, goals, etc are all horrific. I would not walk, I would RUN away from this org.

Highs and lows. Depends on culture of team and immediate leadership. Product fits the market and hard working, sharp reps are rewarded. Market segmentation made a great opportunity smaller and smaller year over year. If you are ambitious and focused on growing it can be a great springboard to a sales or sales leadership career.
