Highs and lows. Depends on culture of team and immediate leadership. Product fits the market and hard working, sharp reps are rewarded. Market segmentation made a great opportunity smaller and smaller year over year. If you are ambitious and focused on growing it can be a great springboard to a sales or sales leadership career.
