Current Employee The culture and environment there is very good, and very supportive. The base pay is lacking compared to other roles. Low percentage of team members hit quota and most end up being put on plan then fired. The solution isn’t hard to sell, but when you have a bad “front line” being this is a payroll company, no one wants to buy more additional services when your main payroll service is causing issues after issues.
