Poor leadership and support. The internal errors are insane and make it impossible to onboard a prospect. The comp structure doesn't make it worth the time effort and headaches.

Terrible leadership - micro managing every move. Antiquated concepts of how to get in front of prospects. If you're selling net new only like myself, you are fighting a massive uphill battle.

When I started the role was an amazing opportunity, unfortunately paychex is pivoting to a reduction in force for internal sales teams and no longer seems to find a future in the product line I sold (hr services and PEO) they talk a big game but their actions show they are no longer interested in the current model and are changing to focus on other lines of business...Read More
