Former Employee When I started the role was an amazing opportunity, unfortunately paychex is pivoting to a reduction in force for internal sales teams and no longer seems to find a future in the product line I sold (hr services and PEO) they talk a big game but their actions show they are no longer interested in the current model and are changing to focus on other lines of business and pivoting from field teams to hub locations where they can micromanage the crap out of reps
