Used to be a great place to work- the leads/opportunity were great as well as the compensation. With the change of a new CEO and entire executive leadership change, the company is heading in a direction that isn’t suitable for sales reps looking for an adequate opportunity to make money or be successful. Many leads have been taken and sent to other divisions who the company can pay less to do the same work. Inbound opportunities are nearly gone and the quotas keep going up even though the leads/opportunity has significantly decreased. Such a sad turn of events. Used to be the absolute best company to work for.

Paychex is behind the curve on tech and sales enablement. Trying to restructure their selling model has created a toxic culture. Turnover has never been higher in my 5 years here.
