The OTE is not very attainable for most reps. The top 5% do very well, while everyone else makes mediocre money and they pay based on yearly Quota. So if you have one bad month it makes it very hard to catch up and make money the rest of the year.

High turnover, meat grinder type of company with many direction changes in a week. Company expects a lot from their reps but pay minimal salary. Net 45 pay on commission from the time a deal runs. So if it take 3 months from client to move forward you are getting paid 4.5 months in avg deal is 5-7k
