Leads are overcalled and each dept is stepping all over each other and ruining deals. Making clients very unsatisfied with the company as a whole. The clients are dropping services and switching to competitors due to the lack of reps being responsive to client complaints and sending them to the correct departments to follow up and handle the complaints.

I am in PEO sales. My experience is that the training is strong, the base a bit low and the incentive/variable comp is very low compared to competitors.
