I am in PEO sales. My experience is that the training is strong, the base a bit low and the incentive/variable comp is very low compared to competitors. The company has become an organization where you are micromanaged. All calls and activities are now tracked through groove, which rarely functions as designed. They do not care, just use the tool whether it works or not. The company is cheap, no gas card or company car although we are required to be in field a lot. Get many mixed messages about what is the best way to succeed. It changes every day it feels.

Great product. Give you the keys to the car to make good money. Leadership hasn’t sold in a long time and it shows. Large lack of transparency in quotas, decisions, and changing commission structures
