Inconsistent upper management. Many cases of reps being put on a Pip immediately after ramp. Seems like the good people are being shoved out the door as the company moves to more of a virtual model where they can pay less for inside sales reps instead.

Great company with a solid training platform. This is an awesome spot to cut your teeth and really start to dive into the grind that is the sales world. You won’t blow the roof off of anything with this job, but it does get you the experience you need to get into something even greater. I liked how relaxed it was and how you had weekends off
