From what I see here the score is very low for inbound leads so are the sales roles primarily all cold calling?

Very minimal inbound leads. All cold calling and in person drops. This position is good for someone right out of college who needs to be forced to make calls and set appointments. Very good sales training but leadership will fire you or your entire office on the spot if you are not hitting goals. No questions asked.

100% cold calling. You are expected to set 6 New Meetings each week or you get written up. I only had 93 account to call on that were 100+ employees (a rainbow) very unrealistic and the culture didn't help the constant stress that was on you to perform with fear of being fired.

There are ZERO inbound leads. You are a full cycle rep with horrible metrics like "must set 6 meetings every week" even though you only have a territory of 150 (real) accounts. Cold call hell for AE level folks. Very entry level and awful culture.

In the Outside Sales role, the inbound leads are definitely few and far between. It is >95% cold calling. There is an Inside Sales role that is 95% inbound leads and 5% cold calling, but the base salary is half of the outside sales rep position.

Yes, all cold calling - micromanaged to death and basically you serve as an SDR for the veteran "sales reps". 75% first year churn. There's a big reason you don't vest your employer match for 2  years, the don't WANT new reps to stay and they're too lazy and cheap to hire actual SDRs so Chad can hit his goals and run away with billions.

None.  There are two mandatory in-office cold calling sessions a week nationwide.  Tuesday and Friday from 9-12.  You are watched like a hawk and if you can't book enough appointments for the week you will be written up.

It depends. The outside sales reps are responsible for selling to new clients so they are cold calling. The account executives (client relations reps) sell new products to existing clients, so they are not cold calling (although still outbound/setting meetings with current clients).

Yes, cold  calling will make up the majority of your appointments. The rest will be from "drop ins" - actually going into the businesses (if you can) and talking with a prospect and setting up a next meeting.

Compared to my last job where we literally were blindly walking into businesses with no information, I think there is a lot of Demo requests that come in. We also have a CRM full of information from previous reps so its not like you are completely starting over.

Yes. The inbound leads are few and far between.  If there is an inbound lead, the office manager will select a senior rep to work with the designated territory rep on closing the deal (with a mandatory commission split 50/50). Cold calling and self gen leads are the name of the game. Great for young reps

Account executive roles are yes primarily cold calling.  Account managers are calling in current clients so it’s warmer.

Not sure about now, when I was selling for them in 2016 it was 100% cold calling.  You need to find the leads on your own
