Is it fair to say that 4/10 reps actually make it at Paycom? On RepVue , it looks like attainment is about 40%.

They fire >90% of each hiring class after 6 months and even tenured p-club reps are never off the table. I’d say <5% of reps “make it” at Paycom much less hit quota.

Lower for sure, 25%. First-year attrition at Paycom is extremely high - 80% of my training class was gone within the first year.

Attainment as I’m quota is around 25%, retainment as in employees is sitting at 5%. No word of a lie there.

Yeah probably lower. Most sales managers here that you work for don’t know how to manage people. It’s a terrible organization. Don’t let the money hook you in. Plenty of competitors are much better to work for!

Definitely lower than 40%. I agree that it’s probably about 10 to 20%. Don’t let the money hook you in, there are plenty of competitors that are much better to work for. The issue is that they put people in management positions that don’t need to be managers. They don’t know how to manage.

25 and 5% is facts. Hardly anyone makes it past a year, even if they crush sales. It’s just not worth it. I feel bad for anyone who goes through that shit

I’d say 1/10 or 2/10 at the most make it. We had 100% turnover with 6 reps within 1 year. 2 quit and 4 were fired. This was the norm across the company. If you don’t hit 90-100% of goal within 6-11 months, you’re fired.
