Can you provide information about the interview process for sales candidates at Paycom? Any specific teams to target vs others?
More QuestionsFrom what I see here the score is very low for inbound leads so are the sales roles primarily all cold calling?Interviewing for an account executive position here (Denver office). Getting mixed feedback on how much of an opportunity this is and what hybrid model is like. Requirement is in office Monday/Tuesday/Friday
and field Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, but are you actually in field all day for 3 days/week?
