Seeing a lot of commonality with Paycom. High earning potential and no work life balance. Any AEs in the SoCal area that can help speak into this? I would assumed it’s based off manager and area. Curious as the opportunity to interview has come up. Thank you

Getting mixed feedback on how much of an opportunity this is and what hybrid model is like. Requirement is in office Monday/Tuesday/Friday
and field Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, but are you actually in field all day for 3 days/week?
