Great opportunity to get into SaaS and get a lot of at bats on the phone. Full sales cycle is on the rep. First call call, demo, etc. Extreme micro manage culture. High turnover. I started training with 30 people and 4 were left after 8 months

Overall base pay is great but a ton of pressure and hard to sell because the product isn't for everyone. If you have a good manager, you're set.

Toxic work culture especially the Minneapolis office. High turnover and experienced reps get all the leads. Payroll software is a commodity. Highly saturated market with 6-7 reps per state. Old in-house sales tools to use, toxic management, no culture, micromanagement, no WFH flexibility, cheap on team outings, offices are small, no snacks, 0/10 do not work there.

Can make an insane out of money and change your life. But it’s a cult culture. Out of college first two years made over 200k plus. Sink or swim not many make it but if you are smart you will or if you get lucky that your manager hands you deals
