Toxic work culture especially the Minneapolis office. High turnover and experienced reps get all the leads. Payroll software is a commodity. Highly saturated market with 6-7 reps per state. Old in-house sales tools to use, toxic management, no culture, micromanagement, no WFH flexibility, cheap on team outings, offices are small, no snacks, 0/10 do not work there.

Overall experience was good, Paycom is a very high paying company lots of room for growth and opportunity to move up in the company, but the second you do not hit quota they will dispose of you.
