Pay is great, but work life balance will be non-existent. Changes in focuses for entire salesforce can change week to week. Micromanaging occurs daily and no one gets room to breathe. Missing meeting KPIs can and will get you fired. Great place to learn, bad place to stay long term. Look at Reddit and Glassdoor reviews to get more insight. Those only scratch the surface.

Toxic work culture especially the Minneapolis office. High turnover and experienced reps get all the leads. Payroll software is a commodity. Highly saturated market with 6-7 reps per state. Old in-house sales tools to use, toxic management, no culture, micromanagement, no WFH flexibility, cheap on team outings, offices are small, no snacks, 0/10 do not work there.
