Churn and burn employees. New training program has you starting with small accounts, they will tell you “Paycom will never lose on price” yet loses on price constantly. Territories are insanely oversaturated and many bridges have been burned from prior reps. It’s an incredibly hard industry to sell in and too crowded of a space. Say good bye to work life balance.
