Money to be made if you can mentally take it. Absolutely insane micromanagement. Huge pendulum swings in initiatives based on whatever is flavor of the week. Constant expectations that you will drop everything for this company and job. New mandatory trainings on the weekend - people are getting fired for not attending.

Lure new talent with a high base compensation and sell them on a dream that is not attainable by 93% of those who work there. Leadership demands results with no excuses. Territories are limited and have been hammered by 6 different reps in the past 5 years before you got it. First year turnover is above 80% for a reason. Zero inbound flow.
