Despite the constant changes, Paycom is consistently rated one of the highest paying tech sales companies in the industry. It’s tough work, but if you’re a hard worker, you can make a substantial amount of money. As with many billion dollar corporations, there’s always the bad, but this company will honestly teach you grit as you continue to progress your professional career

Bad leadership, cuthroat environment, territory makes all the difference, be prepared to not have a life, develop massive anxiety/panic attacks around job security, and be ready to be micromanaged like crazy. Most sales leaders were terrible reps that just stayed around long enough to get deals from others that quit and have no real business in leadership.

Paycom is known for its extremely generous incentive comp plan, it is also known for a high performance culture that low performers really don’t like. Paycom is not for everyone, but everyone who works here leave being richer and a better salesperson.
