Former Employee Paycom is a machine. They have the blueprint to work reps and it’s pretty much a numbers game. High micro management culture. Some of the best leadership and sales training out there. They pay well but expect a lot from their reps. Unrealistic timeframes on closes and often put the pressure on a prospect which can put a bad taste in their mouth and lose to a competitor. Competitive landscape. Great fit for young reps who are hungry and is very rewarding. Overall had a good experience but wasn’t my favorite in regard to how they treat their sales teams and expectations. They will move on very quickly to the next in line.
