Great Pay, Great commission structure, everything else is brutal, crazy hours in the office, early mornings late nights, their turnover rate is beyond scary for a reason. On average most reps last between 6-9 months and then quit or get fired. There are a few who make it but wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

This company is very unique. Anything over 40 hours per week you get overtime pay (1.5x hourly rate). Sounds like an awesome feature. However, when you consider the fact that there are commission paybacks if a client leaves within 6 months, it makes sense. Quota is ridiculously high in this role. Zero work life balance. Expectation is that you’re working from second you wake up until you go to sleep. While they have a very lucrative comp structure they churn and burn reps frequently.
