Role is extremely demanding. Culture for sales organization is super intense and very sink or swim. No one wants to help you succeed outside of mandatory group morning meetings. Reps never speak to each other in the office and managers do not care if you fail. Miss a metric that are already very challenging to reach? Zero encouragement or understanding. The salary is not worth the stress.

Should have seen the red flag when u heard the team I was joining was one of the lowest performing. Tough client list, onsite only meeting requirements, 8 meeting requirement per week equals a lot of wasted time on the road when some meetings could be accomplished via zoom. I prefer in person for most meetings, but some are just a waste of travel time when you cover...Read More
