Great company and the comp plan is amazing. Tiered incentives and top sales reps can make $1m. Training is intense, and first year is ramp up period. Hard for long term career security due to ongoing quota and can only sell net new logos in this role.

Being responsible for selling, demoing and implementing the system while rushing customers to buy and not providing adequate time to collect details and make a smooth transition made it messy for customers and stressful to deal with.
