They will fire you at any moment for low performance. Does not matter if you have one bad week or bad month. They do not care and only look at numbers.

Good company if you know what you're getting into. Lots of expectations and clean up -- first year will suck but if you can stick with it, lots of money to be made. Travel heavy, beware.
