How challenging is it to sell against competitors at Paycor?  Do you compete more with Paylocity or Paycom?  Decent win rate?

Very Challenging. The win rate against those two is sub 15%.

Very challenging. Paylocity, Paycom, ADP, and UKG were largest competitors. If they are with other smaller competitors the win rate was higher.

Paycor product is extremely non-differentiated, implementations go sideways 90% of the time due to high turnover.

Depends on the seller - some are comfortable competing with competition because they do their homework, and some aren't, because they don't. But most common competitors are Paylocity, Paycom, ADP, and UKG as stated below.
