Former Employee3.9Feb 20, 2025Very good resources and training. The teams are a mess though. No one is hitting quota. They micromanaged the ever living crap out of you. Too many meetings and the move the goalposts all the time. Honestly, the pay is good, the product is ok, I left because the leadership is crazy

Current Employee3.0Jun 8, 2024Paycor has a great product and a great market fit. Leadership is always under pressure and reps are threatened by PiPs pretty frequently. Enablement and training are top notch.
