Current Employee2.7May 23, 2024Most of their leadership are from ADP small biz, including CEO and VP of Sales on down. I'm on the Enterprise team, but all metrics & activity expectations are small biz so the noise, pressure, and drum beat are terrible. They do not know how to operate an upmarket tenured sales organization.

Former Employee2.7Apr 3, 2025Leadership was only interested in driving the stock price for their exits. Culture thin deep and if you worker for the wrong leader, you were in trouble. I was a multiple club winner as a seller and leader but was forced out of the company.
