Great people, great leadership, but really terrible lead flow. Also my territory is half the recommend size for a rep and given the lack of excitement about Paylocity where I am, getting into new logo accounts is very difficult here.

They have over saturated teams and are shrinking territory while also segmenting markets, and seem to be wanting to vertically shift the roles…. it’s a terrible job. The leadership is clueless and I won’t get my worst enemy a job here, as it would be far too severe a punishment.
