Great company but unfair practices in my market with reps and opportunities / partnerships . Low budget which makes it difficult to meet new partners and do prospecting drops

Payroll company pretending to be tech company. Finance culture not a true sales culture. No SKO, club attainment has no correlation to quota attainment. Quota is meaningless but accelerators are paid after $400k attainment regardless of assigned quota.

Experience was a roller coaster. I am not a big fan of the new compensation model and new leadership for sdr's. Like many corporate jobs , it is very political , and who you know is more important than your results when it comes time for promotions
