Payroll company pretending to be tech company. Finance culture not a true sales culture. No SKO, club attainment has no correlation to quota attainment. Quota is meaningless but accelerators are paid after $400k attainment regardless of assigned quota.

So far so good. Only downfall is no leads. I’ve had 1 that made it to proposal so far, but that’s pretty typical for the industry.

My overall experience has been nothing at all like I was promised during the interview process.
