Been here a long time. Ive seen Paylocity go from amazing to a dumpster fire. I wouldn’t recommend a sales job here to my worst enemy. The senior leadership is clueless and only getting worse. They think we have the brand name of ADP and the product of Workday. Their solution to everything is add headcount and segment markets. They need to fire everyone over RVP in sales and about 40 enterprise reps, and then maybe it will be decent. This place is awful for new reps. Stay far, far away. We currently have more ENT reps per state than UKG, Dayforce, and Workday…. Combined.

Very supportive organization and the sales org wants to win as a team and do what is right for the prospects and customers. Leadership is is involved in guiding the direction of the business but are hands off on the day to day activities.

I’ve experienced an extremely clique sales leadership approach. Incentives and overall pay is subpar and overall the company thinks it’s awesome… it’s fine.
