Current Employee My overall experience has been nothing at all like I was promised during the interview process. Leadership is unprofessional, favorites are picked and those individuals are the ones set up for success, and it’s mostly a male dominant management team who are always in favor of the male reps vs. the female reps. You will be told you can make well over $150k and I can tell you first hand, that’s not the case.
