They don't put tons of pressure on sales people, actually. So if your internally motivated, this is an amazing place to work where you can make great money and have great work life balance.

Not to mention over staffing and high attrition due to reps stepping over each other to try to get revenue. Favoritism also runs rampant at this organization and impacts who gets the better territory’s and opportunities.
