Sales org got blown up in 2024. New Leadership completely clueless. Outsourced comp plan management to third party consultant where goal is save on comp expenses. Sales reps not motivated to sell, so now a lose-lose situation. Experienced reps fleeing. Sales reps now expected to take on operational issues, even if operational issues occur on weekends.

Leadership and culture are great and having the brand recognition that PayPal has makes things a bit easier but the base is laughable and the overall compensation shrinks each year.
