Comp plan uncertainty with quotas not released until Q2, 2 years in a row. Comp plan changes make it more complicated. Poor lead quality, little to no internal support and fear of layoffs always looming.

Sales reps aren’t compensated for retaining existing business, but only for adding additional business. Add On products that generate a lot of additional revenue for the business don’t translate to compensation for sales.

PayPal is a great product, but this sales org is a dumpster fire. They do not pay us nearly enough, completely 180 change the comp plan every year (and what products do or do not count), and numbers are so wonky and hard to track for comp.
