Avoid at all costs! Poor base pay with unrealistic quotas that get raised all the time knowing reps won’t hit them. Insane KPI’s and micromanaging is through the roof! Only pro is it’s remote.

Its a nice place to work, but they have dynamic territories so everyone is able to pull from the same territory. If you’re new, you will have a very hard time adapting because in dynamic territories when someone shows you what they’re doing they’re literally giving away potential income because you share the same territory.

Payscale is a very fun place to work! Only thing is compared to competitors, their product is very expensive and we lose deals that way. As well compared to other orgs, the base is very low and the commission structure doesnt help alot since you barely get inbound leads and many folks know our product is very expensive
