The product offered is amazing. The loyal long time employees get treated awful with little to no recognition. only 3-4 people ACTUALLY make money. everything is funneled over seas to lower paid employees. lack of communication internally is horrible. very low motivation for some as severe favoritism and RTO.

Solid products. Committed customers. Compensation is becoming less lucrative as investors raise goals aggressively. The environment is very collaborative and supportive. People are super nice. RTO initiative is highly controversial. Upper and middle management could be better.
