I use to love working here. Lots of opportunity in the early days. In my year and a half with the company, quotas has been raised significantly, all inbound leads were taken away, meetings now need to SQL to get paid & only the top 20% of reps are making any money. This is not a place to grow a career - new VP of sales this year has consistently added roadblocks to the success of the team. If you are looking to get a foot in the door, you can make it work, but don't linger here.

I was very excited to start with this company. They had amazing people and it was fun culture. I joined a new sales team that after 6 months was dismembered by 90%.

Management is all over the place, attainment in the SDR and AE orgs as a whole is low with few reps hitting quota full quota. Expectations change often.
