Current Employee4.0Dec 18, 2023Product is very good. In general it is not a hard sales cycle, as the product works as advertised and shows a positive ROI. Base salary is low for the industry, quotas are very high and most people do not reach them. That being said there is good training and perks.

Current Employee3.4Jul 24, 2024Fairly good experience so far. Lots of turnover in leadership. Huge push for IPO leads to extremely high quotas and low attainment. People are very cool and fun to work with. Lunches included is nice. Biggest knock by far is the low attainment, if 20% of reps hit quota each quarter that is considered good. TAM is smaller than leadership would want you to believe.
