Good product but it was hard to sell - required companies to have a strong level of organizational maturity and cross-functional alignment. Leadership is engineering / product focused - thought if they just built a great product people would use it, totally discount softer skills like building consensus across the business, telling a great story. CEO is not inspirational - kept reminding people "he wrote the first line of code" 20 or 30 years ago, not relevant and certainly customers don't care. Need to invest in up-leveling GTM, lots of smart people with consulting backgrounds who never ran a sales cycle and haven't lived in front-line GTM.

Avoid. Senior and specifically Sales Leadership is out of touch, lacking direction and understanding of both the industry and employees. Decisions are made blindly, with senior leaders more focused on preserving personal power than providing genuine leadership.
