Pega is a great company with a powerful product and a culture that is focused on client outcomes. Every successful rep at Pega invests in product knowledge. Without strong product knowledge at Pega your success will be severely limited. I would emphasize aspiring candidates to get to know all of the roles across the GTM to best understand how to do the job right.

Good organization with strong products, leadership cares about the employees and offers a very attractive compensation package if you exceed quota.

Excellent Product, Gartner and Forrester ratings very good. Base compensation a bit low but unlimited commissions, not capped. Worst is middle management and financial management, many RIFS.
