Good overall incentive structure in place. That said, the product market fit is weak in the EMEA Enterprise space with little to no support from marketing or SDR channels, which puts disproportionate expectations on AE's to source 100% of their own pipe. As product market fit is weak, you're going to be pitching to more traditional companies with tiny product teams selling 50-100k deals as the ICP is B2B SaaS.

Product is interesting, has constant investment into it, but isn’t a must have therefore sales are slow. Particularly in Enterprise. But slow/no sales is blamed on the skills of the rep rather than product-market fit or economic circumstances.

Pendo is an incredible place to start as a BDR. The BDR org is almost unrecognizable from 1-2 years ago and has really started to get humming. There is a lot of investment going into the BDR org right now, and there is a proven track record of promoting BDR's to AE or other promotions when successful. They care about growing internally.
