Excellent benefits and base salary. AM-specific training is sparse so you will need to come in with skills and be resourceful. Good product market fit and a loyal fanbase of customers. OTE attainment has high variance, with leadership targeting most reps to hit between 70-80%.

New hires very rarely go on to succeed. Most are churned out within a year.

Change was constant and erratic. If we missed a number the reaction was emotional and swift. I do not think the CEO is equipped to lead them where he wants to go (was amazing to this point but out of his depth). Whole space has become a "nice to have".
