Current Employee Despite itself, Pendo is not able to navigate or support large enterprise deals. As a rep, you don't have an account team. You don't have leadership support. And while there's some decent first line managers, its stops there. You will work more hours, and put in more effort than any other job you've ever had. You can do all the right things - focus on value, build a strong business case, be multi-threaded, and uplevel your discussions. But in the end, Pendo is a nice to have - not a need to have. And even our top leaders can't articulate the ROI of Pendo concisely. Instead, the reps are blamed for poor results and the new focus is on activity - how many "Pendo Overviews" have you delivered. How much meetings are you having? How much PG are you generating? New logos? The problem is, these Metrics are based on the assumption that more activity = more sales. And that's simply not true, as demonstrated by our ongoing inability to hit our numbers. Browse Other Reviews
