Individuals were informed via email and left with no means to appropriately off board (including saying goodbyes since slack was disabled). Very cold and shows the true culture and sentiment of how much hard-working employees are not really cared about.

Former Employee3.4May 9, 2024Change was constant and erratic. If we missed a number the reaction was emotional and swift. I do not think the CEO is equipped to lead them where he wants to go (was amazing to this point but out of his depth). Whole space has become a "nice to have".

Current Employee4.7Apr 23, 2025Pendo is an incredible place to start as a BDR. The BDR org is almost unrecognizable from 1-2 years ago and has really started to get humming. There is a lot of investment going into the BDR org right now, and there is a proven track record of promoting BDR's to AE or other promotions when successful. They care about growing internally.
