The company could not make a decision on GTM strategy and forced a hunter/farmer model in Q3 after missing sales targets. Recently went through a large layoff. Former Employee3.4May 9, 2024Change was constant and erratic. If we missed a number the reaction was emotional and swift. I do not think the CEO is equipped to lead them where he wants to go (was amazing to this point but out of his depth). Whole space has become a "nice to have".
