Terrible working environment! Leadership and managers to not aid in any professional development. Be prepared to work very hard and never move up in the company. Would not recommenced working for PerformYard!

My overall experience has been very poor. They have a fantastic product, decent systems built out (but not autonomous), but there is an endless list of culture and management issues within the organization. My time at PerformYard was positive, given how lean it was. There were less than 50 total employees at the time, and the CEO ran the sales team. The product itself is very good for the space and the market they target, but it's pretty simple, and a lot of the sales cycles were rinse and repeat. Good inbound opportunity, great product but a very competitive market. Sales numbers have not been great this year but no adjustment to overall quota or targets.
