Good inbound opportunity, great product but a very competitive market. Sales numbers have not been great this year but no adjustment to overall quota or targets. Most numbers recruiting have shared appear to be past numbers as quota attainment in FY24 wasn’t what it was represented to be. Leadership and training could be better, hands on support for all AEs but expect you to be up to speed with very little training or room for development. Turnover is fairly high, and not a lot of runway (a lot of reps gone after 6-9 months)

Terrible working environment! Leadership and managers to not aid in any professional development. Be prepared to work very hard and never move up in the company. Would not recommenced working for PerformYard!

My time at PerformYard was positive, given how lean it was. There were less than 50 total employees at the time, and the CEO ran the sales team. The product itself is very good for the space and the market they target, but it's pretty simple, and a lot of the sales cycles were rinse and repeat.
