My overall experience at Personio was normal to good. The company provided a solid product to work with and there were opportunities to learn and collaborate with skilled colleagues. While there were some challenges with internal processes and the pace of change, the overall environment was supportive and allowed me to grow professionally. I would describe it as a balanced experience with both positives and areas that could be improved.

Personio is a great company to work. When you like constant change in a scale up Personio is the place to be. Still compensation is still not were the market is for a company this size and could be improved. There were made changes but still not on market average in certain positions .
